    My morning drink in a ‘bullet” blender.
    Handful of frozen berries
    Add hydrogen water
    Tablespoon of: chlorella, spirulina, bee pollen, salba, all one vitamin powder, hydrolized protein powder, samoan coconut oil,
    Half spoon of powered ascorbic acid {vit C}
    Blend for half a minute
    allows one to run hot for 4 hours of hardcore diving in all conditions
