If you make a commitment, believe in yourself, and follow some basic practices, you will be amazed at the results – both mentally and physically.
We have no regrets and would not change a thing. It was those incredible life-changing and challenging experiences that led me to create BALANCE ACT and find the perfect partners along the way.

You have a huge opportunity to live each day in health and wellness to create a more balanced life. Embrace it and get started today!
It has taken this team decades of coming full circle to get back on the right path and have the ability and willingness to focus. There were many, many interesting, entertaining, and exciting adventures along the way which all helped bring us to today.
Through health, fitness, and life coaching/training, we are able to share our stories and help inspire and motivate thousands and thousands (hopefully millions!) of people to live a healthier, happier, more balanced life.
No need to worry or fear if you get thrown off balance now and then and it seems like other people have it all figured out. Maybe they do! That’s fantastic. Bless them, admire them, learn from them, model their ways and get back to you.
Be yourself, find yourself, be good, do good, and keep searching for ways to grow, give, and make this world a better place. And never forget your sense of humor, love openly and fully, and have some fun!
Here’s to You!
Kass

Kass,
Congratulations!
I have hardly ever exercised in my entire life. Before I took my expensive trip to Africa, I was so afraid that I would go on this trip with all of these old ladies and not be able to keep up with them . . . I worked on our exercise equipment in the basement every day for three months and the difference was unbelievable. No more back ache, my hand stopped shaking, my balance improved. (My doctor thought that I had the beginning of Parkinson disease. One doctor thought I had small vessel disease.)
I would never believe this if someone told me.

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.

Good morning!
I’ve been doing a lot of research online lately regarding traffic and Search Engine Optimization since I just started an online fitness guide with a couple of friends of mine.
The structure of your website is great and I’d really like to exchange links with your website. Have a look at our site if you want, we put a lot of work and effort into it and are dedicated to improving it constantly.
The information offered on your site would be of great value to our fitness guide visitors, and I believe, your visitors would find great value in our site. Because our two websites are complementary rather than competitive, I see synergy here as an opportunity for our mutual benefit.
We receive a lot of hits already (contact me for visitor stats) and I think both our websites can benefit from one another. Anyway, just thought I’d share my thoughts with you – keep up the good work and get back to me if interested!

Have you ever considered adding more videos to your blog posts to keep the readers more entertained? I mean I just read through the entire article of yours and it was quite good but since I’m more of a visual learner,I found that to be more helpful well let me know how it turns out!

Hi Kass,
My name is Nancy Ephron and I work with Fred Talisman who sent you an email last week inquiring about a possible joint venture to introduce you to his mailing list. Fred is a Marriage and Family therapist, and business coach, and feels a fitness coach like yourself would be wonderfully complimentary service to the people on his list, and vice versa. Please let me know if I can set up a call between you and Fred at your convenience. I can be reached at nancy.fredtalisman@gmail.com or at (323) 252-9170.
Thank you for your consideration, Kass. I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Nancy Ephron
